DESCRIPTION:
Sextants- 2 (Two) Heath & Co. Boxed Sextants: Heath & Co., London, 6.5 inch radius sextants, metal frames with black finish, signed brass arcs with inset silvered scales reading 0-150, patented "Endless Tangent Screw" vernier adjustment, index magnifiers, sighting telescopes, sun shades, index and horizon glasses, with wood handles, all in finger-jointed wood boxes with labels under the lid dated 1941 and 1963.
CONDITION:
silvered scales have tarnished. Some telescopes are incomplete or mismatched. One sextant will need to have its horizon glass installed. Dimensions are for the wooden box. Sold "as is ".
